I am a minor, so please keep that in mind when you interact with me!! I am also new to commissions, so I apologize if I make mistakes or come off as inexperienced.The ToS section has my rules, info, and prices regarding both commissions and adoptables that you must agree to in order to purchase something from me!The gallery section contains examples of my work as well as my available adoptables!Below are my comm prices :3

1. CommissionsBy commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agree to these terms.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason (see the refund section for cancellation policy).1.1 PaymentThe payment can be made upfront or after the sketch is sent. A payment plan that differs from this may be discussed, but some sort of payment must be made before the piece is completed.
I only accept Cashapp and PayPal.1.2 The ArtworkDo not remove my watermark from the drawings.
Do not trace over or claim the artwork as yours and credit is preferred (if you wish to credit me from a specific platform, please ask me for my username after the final is sent).
Do not use my artwork for NFTs or AI training.
Do not edit my artwork.1.3 RefundsRefunds are available up to the time the sketch is sent. Once I have started working past that point, refunds will not be available.
However, a refund may also be requested if I have not completed the final in the desired timeframe, or if I have decided to cancel the commission. In the case of this, I will give a partial refund.1.4 RevisionsRevisions relating to the pose, expression, etc… can be made during the sketch phase, but not after that. However, changes to the markings or colors will be accepted after the coloring is completed. If I have offered backgrounds, then small changes to that may be made after the coloring as well, but not changing the entire scene.
You will receive 6 free revisions, but a $2 fee will be issued for each revision past that point.1.5 Process & TimeIf you are interested, contact me through Discord (dm the user “undermens” or join my server), TikTok, or Instagram.. Tiktok is not always the best option due to me occasionally having some issues with sending images, so try to stick with the other options if you can. My main carrd also has more of my socials you can contact me through.
The piece may take me up to a week, but the specific time will vary based on the complexity of the piece. In the event that I need more time, I will contact you and we can discuss it further.
When contacting me, I expect to receive an explanation of the pose(s), character(s) (including references and clothing), props (if you want them) and any other relevant information like backgrounds (if I am offering) or facial expressions. I may ask you questions if I require additional information, or if you were unclear in your explanation.
We will then discuss the payment plan and I will begin working. I will give as frequent of updates as I can and you may request a W.I.P. at any point during the process.1.6 Wills & Won’tsI will draw:
Anthro
Feral (any animal)
Complex designs
Original OCs
Possibly fan art (Will discuss and might decline)
Light gore/horror (blood, minor wounds, zombies/monsters)
Simple backgroundsI won’t draw:
NSFW (I am a minor)
Heavy gore (organs, major wounds, etc…)
Humanoids (may do in the future after further practice)
Anthro reptiles, birds, and marine animals (will do in the future after further practice)
Mech (have not practiced it)
Scenes/complicated backgrounds (will do in the future after further practice)
HatespeechAnything not stated here will need to be discussed.





2. Adoptables2.1 Adopts After PaymentThe character is now yours, so feel free to do anything you wish with it!
I no longer have ownership of it, so any changes are solely up to you.2.2 PaymentI expect payment before I send the images without the full-page watermark.
Once you buy the character, I will not give out refunds as you already know exactly what you are getting.
I accept Cashapp and PayPalThe prices of my adopts vary, so make sure to look at the image to see the price. The prices are non-negotiable.2.3. The Artwork/ImagesDo not remove the watermark from the drawings.
Do not claim the artwork as yours and I would prefer it if you credit me (if you wish to credit me from a specific platform, please ask me for my username during the claiming/payment process).
Changes are allowed to be made to the images as long as the watermark is still visible.2.4. HoldsI do allow holds, but if you fail to complete payment in the agreed timeframe, then the adopt will be made available again.
If something comes up and you need more time, then let me know and we can discuss an extension.
To place a hold, tell me which adopt you want me to hold, what timeframe I should expect you to make the payment in, and which payment method you would like to use (I will then send my user for said payment method).
Again, if you need more time, let me know so that we can discuss an extension.2.5 ProcessTell me which adopt you want and which payment method you would like to use.
I will provide you with my account.
